For the first book ordered, including special and free offers, the shipping & handling charge will be $5.95. For all following books ordered, including special and free offers, the shipping & handling charge will be $2.50 for each book.
Magazines
Magazines have the shipping & handling charge included in the price of the subscription so there is no additional shipping & handling charge added to your order.
Sales Tax
All book orders shipped to a Florida address are subject to the Florida State sales tax. Magazines shipped to a Florida address have the Florida sales tax included in the price of the subscription.
